PUBLISHER.PAGE
Terms and Conditions
Prepared 28 October 2026 · Effective date pending
1. About these terms
These terms cover use of publisher.page, a service for managing publishing brands, books, hosted pages, promotional artwork, reader campaigns and correspondence. publisher.page is the service’s brand name. The legal operator and its business details will be confirmed before these terms take effect. During invitation-only access, contact the person who sent your invitation for support.
2. Current access and future purchases
Access is currently invitation-only. Public pricing is a launch preview; new subscriptions and participant-credit purchases are not available yet. Preview prices and features do not create a purchase or a promise of future availability. The payment provisions below apply only if paid checkout becomes available and you make a purchase.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, if acting for an organisation, authorised to bind it.
4. Your content and reader relationships
You retain your rights in your books, artwork, text and other content. You grant us permission to host, copy, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the service and carry out your instructions. Publicly publishing a page makes its selected content available to visitors. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploads, messages, campaign materials and personal data you provide.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, malware, phishing, deceptive promotions, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment or attempts to bypass security or account limits. You are responsible for campaign offers, incentives, reader consent and compliance with the rules of external retailers and review platforms. We do not guarantee participants, reviews, sales, rankings or email delivery. Reviews must not be required to be positive.
6. Plans, limits and optional tools
Your available features, active brand and book limits, storage and usage allowances are shown in the service or the offer you accept. Participant allowances and AI credits are separate. Additional paid credit products, expiry rules and pack prices will be disclosed before purchase; preview descriptions do not establish final entitlements. You are responsible for reviewing AI results for accuracy, rights and suitability before using or publishing them.
7. Paddle purchases
If we launch checkout through Paddle, Paddle will act as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for those purchases, handling payment-related customer service and returns. Your payment transaction will be subject to the Paddle buyer terms and refund policy shown at checkout. publisher.page remains responsible for providing the software service. Prices, taxes, billing frequency and any recurring renewal will be disclosed before you pay.
8. Cancellation and refunds — proposed paid-launch policy
For future recurring subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals using the method provided with your purchase or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues until then unless a lawful suspension or termination applies. We do not offer voluntary refunds for subscription payments, renewals, unused time or purchased credits. This does not limit mandatory rights relating to withdrawal, faulty or nonconforming services, unauthorised charges or other remedies, or Paddle’s authority to issue refunds. The separate Refund Policy explains the process. Self-service cancellation is not currently available because checkout has not launched.
9. Hosted pages, files and QR codes
Keep independent copies of important content and correspondence. Public availability depends on the relevant content being eligible and Live, the service operating and the applicable plan. A stable QR address is not a promise of lifetime hosting. Paid-launch arrangements for post-cancellation QR redirects, export access and content retention must be confirmed before paid subscriptions open. We will not describe those arrangements as agreed while they remain undecided.
10. Service changes and restrictions
We may maintain or improve the service and address security, abuse or legal issues. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice of material adverse changes and an opportunity to retrieve affected content. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for a material breach, security risk or legal obligation, giving reasons and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Urgent protective action may be taken without advance notice. Mandatory refund and other legal rights remain unaffected.
11. Responsibility and legal rights
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Internet services and third-party providers may experience interruptions; uninterrupted availability and error-free AI output are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. No arbitration requirement, foreign-court restriction or monetary liability cap is introduced in this draft; any such provision requires separate review.
12. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains platform data processing. Publishers also have responsibilities for the reader data they control; the necessary data-processing agreement must be completed before relying on the platform to process that data under GDPR. We will identify the effective date of revised terms and communicate material changes appropriately. During invitation-only access, contact the person who sent your invitation for support.
