PUBLISHER.PAGE
Refund Policy
Prepared 28 October 2026 · Effective date pending
1. Status and scope
publisher.page is currently invitation-only. New subscriptions and paid participant-credit purchases have not opened. This draft describes the intended policy for future paid purchases; it does not suggest that checkout or cancellation controls are already available. publisher.page is the service’s brand name. The legal operator and its business details will be confirmed before this policy takes effect.
2. No voluntary refunds
Except where required by applicable law or granted by Paddle under its own terms, payments are non-refundable. We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee or refunds for a change of mind, unused subscription time, unused credits, partial billing periods or subscription renewals. This policy applies to monthly and annual subscriptions and any credit purchases offered at checkout.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel future subscription renewals through the cancellation method supplied with your purchase or by contacting the support contact supplied with your purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain access through that period unless a lawful suspension or termination applies. Cancelling a subscription does not itself request or create a refund. Post-subscription retention, publishing and QR access will be disclosed before paid launch.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable withdrawal rights, remedies for faulty or nonconforming services, and remedies for unauthorised payments. A no-voluntary-refund policy does not automatically remove any statutory cooling-off period. Any consent to immediate supply and any acknowledgement affecting withdrawal rights must be obtained in the manner required by law and the checkout terms.
5. Paddle purchases
If your purchase is made through Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles payment-related enquiries and refunds under the buyer terms and refund policy applicable to the transaction. Paddle may grant a refund under those terms even where this policy does not offer a voluntary refund. Request payment assistance at https://paddle.net. The current Paddle buyer terms are at https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms and its refund policy is at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
6. Billing problems and refund requests
For duplicate charges, suspected unauthorised payments, a service problem or a statutory refund request, contact Paddle for Paddle purchases, or use the contact who sent your invitation. Include your purchase email, order reference, payment date and a description of the issue. Do not send a full card number, security code or password. Where a refund is approved, Paddle or the relevant payment provider will explain how it will be returned; processing times depend on the provider and your bank.
7. Publisher campaigns and external purchases
This policy concerns purchases of publisher.page services. Purchases of books, reader reimbursements or cashback arranged by a publisher, and transactions on external retailers are handled by the relevant seller or campaign organiser under their applicable terms. publisher.page does not guarantee or pay a publisher’s promised reader reimbursement.
8. Changes and contact
The policy shown when you purchase, together with applicable law and Paddle’s applicable terms, governs that purchase. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Draft prepared on 28 October 2026; effective date and contact activation remain to be completed.
